How long do repairs typically take?
Many straightforward repairs are completed within 24–48 hours, but the timescale depends on the diagnosis, current workload and parts availability. Same-day completion is sometimes possible, and we will give you a realistic estimate before paid work begins.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Our six-month repair warranty covers the specific repair work recorded on the completed job and parts supplied and fitted by Advantec Computing. It does not replace or shorten your statutory rights. Read the full warranty information.
Is diagnosis really free?
Your initial diagnosis at our workshop is free. It covers our first assessment, an explanation of what we find and a quote, with no obligation to proceed. Parts, call-outs and specialist third-party work are not included; any chargeable next step is agreed with you first.
What does no fix, no fee mean?
No fix, no fee applies to repair jobs. If we accept a repair but cannot complete the agreed fix, you pay nothing for that repair. The initial workshop diagnosis is also free. Other services are priced separately and agreed before work starts.
Do you repair both PC and Mac?
Yes, we're specialists in both Windows PC and Apple Mac repair services.
Can you recover my data?
In most cases, yes. We have specialized tools for data recovery from failed drives.
Do you offer home visits?
Yes, we provide on-site repair services throughout Tenterden and surrounding areas.
